M3 Midstream LLC is an independent midstream energy company that provides natural gas producers with flexible, responsive and reliable midstream services linking the wellhead to the market. Our core focus is the development of high quality greenfield projects that meet the emerging needs of our producer customers/partners. This growth-oriented strategy has resulted in a history of consistent performance for all of our stakeholders (producers, employees and investors).

Formed in July 2010, M3 Midstream is the third midstream services company formed by our senior management team.

The Past
Our history is rooted in our first midstream company, Momentum Energy Group Inc (M1). Formed in September 2004, Momentum developed greenfield projects in the Barnett Shale and the Piceance Basin and acquired the Douglas Gas Gathering System in Wyoming. Upon its sale to DCP Midstream in August, 2007, Momentum had an asset base of over 1,400 miles of pipeline and 3 cryogenic processing plants with combined throughput of 180 MMcf per day.

Upon the sale of Momentum, M2 Midstream LLC was formed, and within two years, developed a greenfield project in the Haynesville Shale in North Louisiana and acquired/expanded a gathering system in the East Texas Cotton Valley trend. The two gathering systems comprised an asset base of 400 miles of pipelines, 7 treating/processing plants and over 33,000 hp of compression with combined throughput over 500 MMcfd. These assets were sold to Enterprise Gathering LLC in May 2010.

The Present
Our team is setting out again in M3 Midstream LLC and we are committed to identifying and initiating infrastructure projects in existing and emerging U.S. gas basins. As we look to the future, we will continue to seize opportunities to create value for all our business partners and enhance our position in the industry.
