Fairplay Gas Gathering System

M2 Midstream LLC ("Momentum") owns and operates the M2 Fairplay Gathering System, a 200 mile natural gas gathering system stretching across four counties in East Texas and covering the heart of the Cotton Valley and the Western edge of the Haynesville Shale. The system offers customers gathering, compression, dehydration, processing, conditioning and marketing of natural gas. The system currently has 21,000 hp of compression, four dew point control processing plants and available cryogenic processing.

Momentum's producer-focused philosophy is based around flexibility, responsiveness and reliability. Consistent with this philosophy, the Fairplay system provides delivery to nine different downstream sales points. In addition, all natural gas measurement on the system is electronic, complete with a web-based SCADA that allows customers to view gas flows in real time.

The field operations office for the M2 Fairplay system is located in Carthage, Texas.

State Line Gas Gathering System

M2 Midstream LLC ("Momentum") owns and operates the State Line Gathering System, a greenfield project designed to provide customers with a modern, efficient gathering system to handle both Cotton Valley and Haynesville Shale production.

Located in DeSoto and Caddo Parishes of Northwest Louisiana, the State Line system consists of over twenty miles of large diameter pipeline with interconnects at Gulf South 24" and TGP , and future interconnects at CenterPoint, Gulf South 42" and Tetco. The system provides customers with gathering, compression, processing and dehydration services.

Momentum's plans in the Haynesville Shale include the continued expansion of the State Line system to meet the needs of producers in the area and the development of new systems in areas that lack sufficient midstream infrastructure. In accordance with our producer-focused philosophy, Momentum will continue to work alongside the region's producers to meet the needs created by the exciting growth of the Haynesville Shale.
